Unexpected Attitude at Breakfast

The location was clean and centrally located, providing easy access to nearby attractions for my family.

Unfortunately, the service at breakfast was disappointing, with a lack of courtesy from the staff that affected our stay negatively.

The shower lacks usability and requires better design!!! The TV malfunctioned and gave an impression of neglect with unplugged cords!!!

Exceptional service from the front desk made the check-in process seamless, and the room was impressively clean and comfortable, with ample charging ports. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices, although a few more bread options would have been nice. Dinner was delightful, especially the juicy burgers, which were genuinely satisfying.

Comfortable beds, modern room, with a decent breakfast that was quite good but maybe could use a few more health options, and the location was easy to find with plenty of parking available.

I enjoyed a peaceful night in the Standard King Room. The comfy bed and excellent pillows made for a restful sleep after a long drive. Breakfast was satisfactory with solid options, but arriving early can give you better choices. Always check the dining schedule in advance!

i had an exceptional experience at ramada. the beds were wide and clean. The bathroom was spotless. i loved the variety of options at breakfast, which was included. also, charging was easy with plenty of plugs and usb ports around. i appreciated the coffee available in the room and lobby.

I had a lovely stay at Ramada By Wyndham Northern Grand Hotel & Conference Centre. The elegant decor and modern amenities made me feel comfortable. The spacious lobby and well-maintained areas were easy to navigate, even for seniors like myself.

Increase soundproofing between rooms for better sleep.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for one night. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were decent and comfy enough for a good night's sleep. I liked that there were plenty of parking spots available. The bathroom was also spotless, which is always a plus. Overall, pretty good room experience!

I felt humiliated by the restaurant staff. On Valentine's Day, I was treated like a burden just because I didn't have a reservation. Despite all empty seats at the bar, the host's condescending attitude made me want to leave and order food elsewhere. I can't believe how poorly I was treated during my stay, which greatly soured my experience.
